What is Temasek Foundation-Melo Fellowship?

The Fellowship includes two signature experiences: Co-Creation, where Fellows work with leading CEOs and peers to develop solutions to real-world social challenges, and Joint Discovery, which creates space for authentic dialogue and learning with business leaders.

The programme is open to final-year students (university, ITE, Polytechnic), fresh graduates and young professionals aged 21–30, in Singapore or Hong Kong. Your commitment is 3-4 hours per month.

How the Fellowship Works?

Co-creation

35 Fellows. 7 teams. 7 CEOs.

Fellows will form seven teams of five, with each team paired with a leading CEO or social leader.

Fellows will move from understanding the challenge to shaping ideas, testing possibilities and developing an actionable proposal — learning not only from experienced leaders, but by building alongside them.
